BIOGRAPHY

Scott Boehler has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and wireless infrastructure industry including positions at the senior leadership level. Beginning his career in the commercial real estate brokerage industry in the hyper-competitive Beverly Hills, Century City, West Los Angeles, Orange County, and surrounding industrial markets of Southern California, Scott expanded his consulting approach to client relationships to include asset and property management, regulatory advisory, and tangential revenue streams.

Following positions at CBRE and Regional Vice President for Stone Miller, Scott completed his law degree with a focus in real estate and business law - begetting leadership roles with Crown Castle International and Director of Real Estate Development at American Tower. Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Ballast Networks, Scott secured the first ever contract with AT&T and a major hotelier to implement new technologies for hospitality cellular systems and an 850-property portfolio of multi-family development rights.

Scott's clients include automobile dealerships, manufacturing and logistics companies, law firms, staffing agencies, brand hotels, professional sports teams and venues, property management groups, financial service providers, entertainment giants, real estate developers, and countless others.

Scott enjoys time in Austin, Texas with his wife and two young boys - camping, boating, diving, working on hot rods, and coaching them in multiple sports, where his experience as a NASCAR Mechanic, USC Rugby MVP, and Chapman Ice Hockey Captain helps him to stay youthful and involved.
