Jennifer Copeland

Jennifer Copeland is an experienced Asset Manager for GlassRatner (now doing business as B. Riley Advisory Services). Jennifer comes to the firm with more than 18 year's experience in overseeing, administrating and directing entire operations of residential rental properties. Her industry experience includes Tax Credit, Section 8 and HOME multi-family communities. Her love for property management and the real estate industry has driven her to become energetic and passionate for the properties and owners she comes in contact with. She works closely with owners to enhance the properties operations and enjoys improving the efficiency, leasing ability and value of their property. She has extensive knowledge of principles and practices of property management including applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. She is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia, with additional certifications in Property Management, Code of Ethics and Landlord Tenant Laws.
