In addition, to compliance, enterprise risk, operational resilience and ESG consulting, Ms. Gastineau has extensive experience quantifying damages for data breach and data privacy matters. She is also an experienced fraud investigator and has completed numerous forensic accounting and lost profits damages cases for both plaintiffs and defendants.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Gastineau held a senior management position at Nathan Associates Inc., an economic consulting firm, was a forensic advisory services manager at Deloitte and a dispute analysis and investigations consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Ms. Gastineau is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and was selected twice as one of the Most Influential Women in Accounting by the Los Angeles Business Journal. She currently serves on B. Riley's Women's Network Executive Committee, is a board member for the Turnaround Management Association of Arizona, and serves on the PTO Board at Westar Elementary School.
