Biography
Marshall Glade, CPA, is a Managing Director with 20 years of experience advising clients ranging from small startups to Fortune 500. He specializes in corporate finance and restructuring, offering an expertise in valuations, forensic accounting investigations, and litigation support. Marshall has served in numerous fiduciary roles, including Receiver and Liquidating Trustee, and has held interim management positions such as Chief Restructuring Officer and Chief Financial Officer. His experience encompasses guiding companies through out-of-court restructurings, formal bankruptcy proceedings, complex valuations, pre-acquisition due diligence, and formal sales processes. A key differentiator in Marshall's practice is his deep expertise in large dataset analysis. Since 2023, he has leveraged this skill to provide clients with enhanced insights and solutions. He has served as a financial advisor to debtors, unsecured creditor committees, and Chapter 11 Trustees.
