Peter Navarro

Peter Navarro is a Vice President with B. Riley Securities, responsible for transaction execution across several of the firm's verticals, including Restructuring & Special Situations, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Debt Capital Markets. He has 14+ years of experience with a focus on Consumer, Business Services, Financial Services, and Technology, Media & Telecom.

Prior to joining B. Riley Securities in 2019, Mr. Navarro was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan in its Corporate Client Banking practice, responsible for delivering investment banking products, financial advisory services, and lending solutions to corporate and middle market clients.

Mr. Navarro received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Tulane University. He is a FINRA Series 63 and 79 registered representative and is a CFA charterholder.
