Brandon Lee

Brandon Lee joined the Atlanta office of B. Riley Advisory Services as an Associate in 2022. His expertise in real estate spans the field of valuation, accounting, cash flow modeling, commercial/retail brokerage and transactions, and asset/property management.

At B. Riley Advisory Services, Brandon's key engagement highlights include:

• Performing the independent comparative market analyses for one of the largest home construction firms in the US to determine the pricing and absorption of a luxury planned subdivision in metro Atlanta.
• Assisted in multiple Litigation Support cases in Federal tax court for the valuation of Conservation Easement and Historic Easement donations on properties and large acreages throughout the Southeastern US.
• Preparing the forensic accounting and valuation of a 100+ property portfolio trust embroiled in an acrimonious partnership dispute. His contributions resulted in a prompt multimillion-dollar settlement that ended a three-year legal battle.
• Assisting with the analyses and projections of an 800+ unit multifamily project slated to be part of a high-profile urban redevelopment plan in Doraville, GA. The model was successfully used to calculate damages from a contractual dispute, leading to an advantageous outcome for the client.

Outside of litigation, Brandon has completed valuations in nearly all facets of commercial, retail, and industrial real estate for purposes of taxes, financing, partnership buyouts, estate planning, and more.

Prior to joining the firm, he managed large CRE portfolios at an Atlanta-based firm specializing in medical, office, and retail properties. Brandon received his BBA in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in the summer of 2019 and holds an active State Trainee appraisal license in Georgia.
