Biography 

Adam Cohen is a Vice President in B. Riley Securities' Investment Banking division responsible for all phases of the deal process including pitching, due diligence, marketing, and execution. He has over eight years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, valuation, and audit. In addition, Mr. Cohen has experience working with both public and private companies.

Prior to B. Riley, he advised middle-market companies on mergers and acquisitions, debt capital raises, and special situations at FocalPoint Partners as a sector generalist. Prior to that, he provided valuation and financial due diligence services as a member of PwC's Deals Group. At PwC, he specialized in TMT engagements, working with companies such as Disney, Sony, SnapChat, and SpaceX, among many others.

Mr. Cohen is a FINRA SIE, Series 63, and Series 79 registered representative and a licensed CPA in California. He is a member of the AICPA and participates in FIDF, Gift of Life, and Movember charitable foundations. He earned his B.S. and B.A. with High Distinction, Beta Gamma Sigma, from the University of Colorado, Boulder where he triple-majored in Finance, Psychology, and Accounting.
