Biography

Craig Kucera is a managing director and research analyst at B. Riley Securities, Inc., where he provides coverage of the equity REIT space. He has more than 17 years of experience as a research analyst with a focus on residential, retail, office, farmland and industrial real estate. He has been recognized multiple times as a top-performing analyst by Thomson Reuters and the Wall Street Journal for both stock picking and forecasting earnings relative to his sell-side peers and has served as an investment banker and financial analyst during his more than 20-year career in financial services.

Prior to B. Riley, Mr. Kucera worked as a research analyst at firms including Wunderlich Securities, BB&T Capital Markets, and FBR Capital Markets. He attended the Georgetown University Law Center and received his M.B.A. from the University of Iowa and his B.S. in biology from Bradley University, magna cum laude.
