Lee Stearns

Lee Stearns is a Contractor with B. Riley Advisory Services. He has over thirty years of experience in industry leading manufacturing operations and continuous improvement programs in multiple industries including durable goods such as aluminum extrusion & finishing, glass coating, building envelope assemblies, precision machining, sheet metal, residential lighting and food manufacturing. He has a track record of developing and implementing improvement plans and business excellence systems tailored to the specific needs of a business using Lean and other Operational Excellence methodologies.

Prior to joining B. Riley, he was a Director of Operations Excellence at Apogee Enterprises and was instrumental in development and implementation of the lean program across their 9 business units. Prior to this most recent experience, he spent a 11years in food & beverage leading the Continuous Improvement program at Jack Link's Beef Jerky and various roles including TPM Platform Lead and Plant Manager at ConAgra Foods.

Lee holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA.
