Biography 

Pamela Samuels is a Vice President in the Corporate Restructuring division of the Investment Banking group with B. Riley Securities responsible for distressed M&A, debt and equity financings, and Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructurings. She has 8 years of experience in financial restructuring and investment banking for a broad range of industries, including consumer and retail, metals and mining, healthcare, and business services.

Prior to B. Riley, she was an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Business Recovery Services group, where she was responsible for providing advisory services regarding insolvency, restructuring, and debt and equity financings. Her responsibilities consisted primarily of the preparation and analysis of financial models, cash flow forecasts, and valuations.

Ms. Samuels is a member of Turnaround Management Association and UJA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Expanded Finance from Lehigh University.
